The album has a downtempo dub glitchy ambience to it. It's possibly born out of a mid 90s love of triphop filtered through the mid 00's glitch sound. It was recorded in 2008.
There's a bit of a Jazz inflection to some of the melodies, the beats are broken breaks and the basslines are lumpy funk. The electric pianos are electronically mangled, re-arranged. It's got some moments.
